Instructions are for size Small/Medium (Medium/Large)

Finished measurements:
Front/Back Piece: Width = 15" ~ Length = 8"
Side Piece: Width = 3.5" ~ Length = 30"


Hook "H" = Small/Medium
Hook "I" = Medium/Large

TENSION:
"G" Hook = 6 Rows and 15 sts in pattern = 4"
"I" Hook 5 rows and 12 sts in pattern = 4"

Note: Use two strands of yarn together: 1 strand of Bali Sky Sarong and 1 strand of Springy Capelli (carry throughout to add stretch and softness)

Purse sides (make 2) Ch6
Rnd 1: Dc in 3rd ch from hook, work 11dc in same ch. Sl st to 1st ch of ch6, turn.
Rnd 2: Ch1, sc in ea dc; turn,
Rnd 3: Rep row 2.
Rnd 4: Ch1, *sc in next sc, 2sc in next sc; *rep to end, turn.
Rnd 5: Ch1, sc in ea sc; turn.
Rnd 6: Ch1, *sc in next sc, 2sc in next sc; *rep to end, turn.
Rnd 7: Rep row 5.
Rnd 8: Ch3, dc in ea sc, turn.
Rnd 9: Ch3, *2dc in next dc, dc in next 2dc; *rep to end.
Rnd 10: Ch3, dc in ea dc, turn. Rep rnds 9 & 10, 4x. Fasten off.

Bottom: Ch15
Row 1: Dc in 3rd ch from hook, dc in ea ch across, turn.
Row 2: Ch3, dc in ea dc across, turn. Rep row 2 until 43 row have been worked, or until desired length to fit around purse sides.

Flap: Ch12
Row 1: Dc in 3rd ch from hook, turn.
Row 2: Ch3, 2dc in 1st dc, dc in ea dc to last dc, 2dc in last dc, turn. Rep rows 2 for 6 rows.

Button hole: Ch3 dc to center dc, ch1, skip 1dc, dc in ea dc to end, turn.
Last row: ch1, sc in ea dc across. Fasten off.

Finishing: With right sides facing sc purse bottom to sides. Sc edge around top opening of purse.
Attach flap to center of one side with whip st.
Attach button to opposite side of purse piece.
Attach wood handles to sides of purse.
